Vesper operates as a TÜRSAB-licensed travel agency (licence A Group #14316) based in Istanbul, Türkiye, and acts as the data controller for the information described here.

What data we collect

• Information you give us through the enquiry form, by email or over WhatsApp — typically your name, contact details (phone, email), preferred date and group size, and anything you choose to tell us about your booking or occasion.
• Booking details needed to arrange and confirm your sail, such as the chosen package, departure date and boarding point.
• Technical and usage data collected automatically when you browse the site — for example IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring source — gathered through cookies and similar analytics technologies.

We do not operate an online payment checkout on this website, so we do not store card numbers here; bookings and prices are confirmed directly with you on WhatsApp.

How we use your data

• To answer your enquiry and provide quotes, prices and boarding details.
• To arrange, confirm and run your sunset cruise booking.
• To contact you about your booking, including any changes due to weather or scheduling.
